- Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and fluid services
- Complete multi-point inspections and document findings accurately
- Check and set tire pressures; replace cabin/engine air filters and wiper blades
- Inspect belts, hoses, lights, and basic safety items
- Maintain a clean bay, follow shop safety standards, and protect customer vehicles
- Assist advisors/technicians as needed to keep vehicles moving on time
- Basic automotive service experience (quick lane, tire/express, or similar) preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn OEM procedures
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing the job right the first time
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- GM or Mazda express service experience
- Entry-level ASEs (or in progress)
- Familiarity with DMS/inspection tools (RO documentation, MPI tablets)
- Quality of work and zero comebacks
- Accurate multi-point inspections and documentation
- Throughput/touch time aligned to lane targets
- Teamwork, communication, and shop safety compliance
