Job TitleAssisting parents of eligible children in gaining access to early intervention services and other services identified in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP); coordinating the provision of early intervention services and other services (such as medical services for other than diagnostic and evaluation purposes) that the child needs or is being provided; facilitating the timely delivery of available services; continuously seeking the appropriate services and situations necessary to benefit the development of each child being served for the duration of the child's eligibility; and accurately documenting all aspects of the child's services in the paper file and in the Baby Toddler Online Tracking System (BTOTS)RequirementsPosition-proven oral, written, organizational, and record-keeping skills.Knowledge of local community resources.Ability to move from one task to another quickly and with ease.Ability to manage change with a positive attitude.Possesses the ability to motivate participants and encourage their self-efficiency.Current Utah Driver's LicensePhysical RequirementsAbility to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.All positions require the completion of a background check.
