They pride themselves on high employee retention, a collaborative environment, and a focus on long-term career development.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize the weekly dispatch and service schedule for field technicians traveling nationwide to client facilities.Capture complete customer job information, verify purchase orders, and issue detailed job orders to technicians prior to site visits.Manage inbound service calls, coordinating closely with the help desk and service managers to escalate and assign field service technicians when necessary.Conduct pre-visit confirmations with clients at least one week in advance and follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain data integrity within the internal CRM and accounting tools, while coordinating with cross-functional teams like Finance and Operations.Co-lead bi-weekly scheduling alignment calls with project managers, service managers, and the Director of Customer Service.Qualifications (Must-Haves)Minimum of 3 years in a customer service or high-volume administrative role.Strong ability to coordinate schedules, manage complex logistics, and balance technician availability against client timelines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills over phone and email, with a calm, professional approach under pressure.Adaptable problem solver with high attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and a drive to take initiative.Associate degree in business/related field OR equivalent practical experience.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually ($24.04 – $28.85/hr non-exempt)Bonus Structure: $500 annual holiday bonus + pre-approved overtime potentialBenefits: Full health and retirement benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k).Additional Perks:3 weeks of paid time off (PTO) upon hire.12 paid holidays per year (includes company shutdown from Christmas Eve through New Year's Day).Comp time for any intermediate work required during holiday periodsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran's status.
