Service Contracts CoordinatorLocation: Amherst, NYReports To: Manager – Client and Field ServicesAbout the Role:As a Service Contracts Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the lifecycle of service agreements and ensuring delivery against customer commitments. You will work cross-functionally with service, sales and external partners to manage contracts, coordinate service execution and drive a high level of customer experience.What Will You Do?Manage service contracts, warranties and customer entitlements (SLAs), ensuring accuracy and complianceCoordinate preventive maintenance (PM) and service activities with customers and delivery partnersTrack contact renewals, expirations and extensions: proactively support renewal planningPrepare and manage time & material (T&M) quotes, including scope validation and partner coordinationSupport RFQ processes and collaborate with external service providers to meet customer requirementsReview service documentation to ensure work performed aligns with contractual scopeValidate partner invoices against purchase orders and support the invoicing processMonitor service delivery performance to ensure on time execution and SLA adherenceServe as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email and service systemsWhat Qualifications Will Make You Successful?Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Operations, or related field preferred2 + years of experience in service coordination, contracts administration, or customer supportExperience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. Acumatica, SAP, Salesforce) preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills and customer-focused mindsetHigh attention to detail with strong problem – solving capabilitiesKey Competencies:Customer first mindsetAccountability and ownershipCollaboration across teams and partnersAbility to prioritize and work in a fast paced, dynamic environmentProcess discipline and data accuracyAt Schneider Electric, we believe that every employee is a talent who deserves equal opportunities. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
