Responsible for troubleshooting network issues and managing incidents, the full-time remote Service Assurance Engineer will ensure a stable and high-performing network environment while providing break/fix support across GTT's global network. Key responsibilities Provide break/fix support and own incidents through to successful resolution Perform technical validation, troubleshooting, and escalation management while collaborating with customers and internal teams Proactively identify recurring issues and ensure operational procedures and best practices are followed Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in a Telco, Service Provider, or similar environment Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills, with experience in SD-WAN, Security, and SASE technologies Good understanding of BGP, OSPF, ISIS, and EIGRP protocols Experience with Layer 2 technologies, including VLANs, STP, and LACP Knowledge of MPLS, L2VPN, and L3VPN services
