Service Assurance Engineer (Fully Remote)

• Provide break/fix support across GTT's global network.
• Own and drive incidents through to successful resolution.
• Configure network devices and support service migrations.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years in a Telco or Service Provider environment.
• Experience with SD-WAN, Security, and SASE technologies.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, ISIS, and EIGRP.
