Responsibilities

n
• Greets customers promptly
n
• Obtains customer and vehicle information
n
• Clearly reports all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
n
• Determines and recommends needed maintenance base on age, mileage, and vehicle history
n
• Prepares complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
n
• Establishes follow-up time
n
• Monitors the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently
n
• Verifies that final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order
n
• Explains all completed work and charges to customers
n
• Schedule service appointments
n
• Test drive vehicles with customers to identify concerns
n
• Communicate with customer when additional service work is recommended
n
• Follow up with customers 24 Hrs. after service visit
n
• Maintain a minimum score of 895 KPI ( customer satisfaction )
n

Qualifications

n
• Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role
n
• Knowledge of automobiles
n
• Positive attitude
n
• High volume mentality
n
• KPI focused
n
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred
n
• Valid drivers license
n
