SERVICE ADVISOR

Purpose of Position : The Service Advisor is responsible for communicating with the customer and the shop foreman to ensure repair is completed as wanted by the customer. The Service Advisor position is a key position as it should be the final contact for the customer and the customer should be satisfied with the service provided.
Supervises : N/A
Essential Job Functions :

• Communicate with the customer with the intention of being able to repeat the customer's request to the shop foreman both verbally and in written form.
• Ensure communication is aligned with Elite Support standards.
• Completes transaction by obtaining payment when repairs have been completed.

Required Skills/ Abilities :
Preferred Education :

• One-year certificate from a college or technical school.

Preferred Experience :

• Six months to one year related experience and/ or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Preferred Qualifications :

• Ability to type 25 words per minute
• Ability to drive a tractor
• Clean MVR Record
