* Paid vacation Responsibilities * Greet customers and assess their service needs, providing excellent customer service throughout the process. * Prepare detailed service estimates and communicate repair options clearly. * Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle diagnostics and repairs. * Maintain accurate records of services performed and follow up with customers post-service. * Stay informed about automotive technology and service trends to provide knowledgeable advice. * Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Qualifications * Prior experience as a service advisor recommended * Willing to work long hours * Willing to undergo drug-screen, background check, and DMV check * Ability to maintain accurate records
