Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong understanding of fine dining etiquette, sequence of service, table maintenance, and guest engagement.
• Knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails, with the ability to confidently guide guests through menu selections and pairing recommendations.
• Experience presenting menus, describing dishes with confidence, and anticipating guest needs throughout the dining experience.
• Ability to execute polished food and beverage service with precision, grace, and professionalism.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
• Experience with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and hospitality skills.
• Strong sales abilities with experience promoting chef-driven menus, wine, cocktails, and premium dining experiences.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.
• Dependable, punctual, and collaborative, with a genuine passion for teamwork and continuous learning.
