Zeppelin brings Edomae-style sushi, charcoal-grilled yakitori, and omakase together with the vibrant spirit of rock-and-roll and the adventure of the Golden Age of airships. We're an elevated neighborhood restaurant — precise in craft and knowledge, warm and welcoming in feel. At Zeppelin, we don't have customers, we have guests, and we're looking for servers who understand that guests may not remember every dish, but they'll always remember how they were treated.
Position Summary
Zeppelin is seeking experienced Servers to join our floor team. The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about hospitality — someone who takes pride in the small things and wants every guest's night to exceed what they expected.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in upscale service required.
- Experience with Japanese cuisine preferred
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to build on it further through our menu and sake/wine training
- Comfort with suggestive selling that feels natural, not pushy — helping guests find what's actually right for them
- Excellent communication and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
- A team-first attitude — this room relies on everyone working together constantly
