La Casina DC is a family-owned Italian restaurant specializing in Pinsa Romana , a traditional Roman concept different from classic pizza. Our pinsa is made with a distinctive flour blend, long fermentation, and baked in a wood-fired oven, creating a light, crisp and highly digestible dough.
We are looking for a reliable, friendly and professional Server to join our small team.
What we’re looking for
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Experience or knowledge of Italian food and wine is a plus
- Warm, attentive and professional customer service
- Ability to explain our menu and the difference between pinsa and traditional pizza
- Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented restaurant
- Reliable and available Tuesday through Saturday evenings
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
