Position Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and service-driven Part-Time Server to join the team at Verjus. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food, wine, and hospitality, who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The Server will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through attentive service, strong product knowledge, and a genuine sense of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide polished, attentive service in a dynamic dining environment
- Guide guests through the menu with confidence, including food and wine pairings
- Maintain a strong understanding of Verjus’ menu, wine list, and service standards
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
- Support opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail in all aspects of service
Qualifications
- Prior serving experience in a quality-driven restaurant (wine-focused experience preferred)
- Passion for food, wine, and hospitality
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Professional presence and attention to detail
