Position Overview
A TTAN Server is a hospitality-driven experience curator .
You are responsible for:
- Delivering structured, high-standard service based on SOP
- Demonstrating deep menu knowledge and confident recommendations
- Creating a lively, engaging, and culturally rich guest experience
- Supporting operational excellence in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications Required
- 1+ year experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Professional, clean, and presentable appearance
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed SOPs
Preferred (Highly Valued for TTAN)
- Familiarity with Japanese cuisine or Asian food culture, sake too
- Understanding of sake or willingness to learn quickly
- Multilingual (English required; Mandarin / Japanese a plus)
- Experience in concept-driven or hospitality-forward restaurants
- Competitive hourly + tips
