Superfolie is wine bar located at 16th & Spruce in Center City and we are looking for a reliable front-of-house professional to join the team! Bartending experience is preferred!

Superfolie is a jewel box wine bar established in 2023 and owned by the restauranteurs behind Superette (East Passyunk 2025), Good King Tavern & Le Caveau (Bella Vista, 2013 & 2019). Under the helm of industry pro and wine aficionado, Kaitlyn Caruke (formerly Walnut Street Cafe), the concept has received recognition from Esquire (best bars in America 2023), Philly Mag (Best of Philly: post work drinking destination 2023 & best martini 2024, 50 best restaurants 2024), Eater (Essential restaurants of Rittenhouse), Wine Spectator (Award of excellence 2025 & 2026), Star Chefs (Rising Star Restaurateur 2024)
This candidate will fill an integral role within a very small FOH staff that carries a team mentality. We pride ourselves on providing creative opportunities within the family of brands, flexible scheduling, and providing upward mobility such as teaching new skills in the tipped model or training paths into management. There is a daily focus on wine education, complimented by an exciting menu of modern cocktails and seasonal dishes. Expect high energy, fast paced service, bustling happy hours, chef pop ups, wine parties, private events and wine maker events. 

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Bartending Experience is preferred!
• A passion for wine, food, hospitality and an interest in French dining culture and a level of familiarity with French wine and geography.
• Strong work ethic with an innate ability to execute a versatile role, multitasking within a small space and self motivation.
• Experience in a service role in a high volume restaurant and/or bar. Bartending experience is a plus, but not required.
• An eagerness to learn, great tableside demeanor and positive vibes!
