- AT LEAST 2-4 years of experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and basic food service
- Exceptional communication and hospitality skills with a focus on efficiency and professionalism
- Must be able to pass airport security background checks (TSA clearance)
- Flexible schedule with availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21+ and possess or be willing to obtain RAMP/TIPS or equivalent alcohol certification
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
- Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all guests
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, dining, and prep areas
- Adhere to all airport security and alcohol service regulations
- Handle transactions quickly and accurately using POS system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Deliver a welcoming experience for travelers from around the world
