Mi Vida is seeking experienced, hospitality-driven Servers to join our team in Philadelphia! As part of KNEAD Hospitality + Design, Mi Vida offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, upscale Mexican restaurant that celebrates bold flavors, exceptional food and beverage, and genuine hospitality.

We are looking for enthusiastic, personable professionals who take pride in creating memorable guest experiences, have a passion for food and beverage, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest.

• Maintain a strong understanding of our menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage offerings.

• Guide guests through the menu, make thoughtful recommendations, and confidently answer questions.

• Accurately enter orders, process payments, and manage guest checks through our POS system.

• Work collaboratively with bartenders, food runners, bussers, and fellow servers to ensure smooth service.

• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked service stations.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.

• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

• Knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and spirits preferred.

• Ability to multitask, remain composed under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
