POSITION SUMMARY

Almyra Restaurant by The Estia Group is now hiring experienced Servers to join our opening team! If you are passionate about hospitality and want to be part of a great team with amazing potential for growth, this is the perfect opportunity to take your career to the next level!

As a Server , you have a genuine passion for hospitality. You will be responsible for leading the service team through all guest interactions at the table and creating memorable guest experiences.  

What the position is:

• Anticipate guest needs and ensure constant communication with management, your colleagues, and the kitchen during service.
• Follow steps of service with efficiency and a sense of urgency.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the restaurant at all times.
• Eager to learn and grow.
• Demonstrate expertise of all food and beverage menu items.
• Be able to work well as a team and foster a supportive team environment

What we look for:

• Available to work weekends
• 2+ years’ experience in a guest-facing restaurant role preferred
• English fluency
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time 
• Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs
• Positive team-first attitude
