H&H Cantina is looking for an energetic, friendly, and professional  Part-Time Server  to join our growing team. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, and takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality.

Schedule

• Flexible availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system.
• Toast POS system knowledge is a big plus 
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, cocktails, beer, wine, and specials.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Monitor tables, anticipate guests’ needs, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Process payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service station.
• Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred (Mexican restaurant experience is a plus).
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy shifts.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
