- Must have a flexible schedule, including weekends and most holidays
- Experience in Japanese Restaurants is a plus
- Maintain full menu knowledge for both food and beverage items, including all allergen information
- Ability to work under pressure in efficient, clean and speedy manner
- Team player and supportive
- Displays a confident and professional appearance
- Must be able to stand for long period of time .
