We're seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Server to join our front-of-house team.

This is not an entry-level serving position. We are looking for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining polished, attentive, and genuinely engaging service. Fine dining experience is a strong plus, but above all, we're looking for people who understand that hospitality is intentional—not transactional.

You'll work alongside a close-knit team of passionate hospitality professionals in an environment that values personality, professionalism, accountability, and continuous learning.

As a Server, you'll own the guest experience from beginning to end, delivering service that reflects our EDEM philosophy.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creating warm, polished, and memorable first impressions

• Building genuine rapport with guests while confidently guiding them through our menu

• Developing expert knowledge of our Anglo-Indian cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits

• Making thoughtful recommendations that genuinely enhance each guest's experience

• Delivering accurate, efficient, and attentive service with confidence and grace

• Anticipating guest needs before they need to ask

• Maintaining elegant table presentation and exceptional attention to detail

• Working seamlessly with captains, bartenders, support staff, managers, and the kitchen

• Assisting with opening, closing, side work, and maintaining immaculate service stations

• Contributing to a positive, energetic dining room where both guests and teammates enjoy being

• Has a minimum of 2 years of high-volume restaurant or cocktail bar serving experience

• Understands the balance between efficiency and genuine hospitality

• Is polished, professional, and well-groomed

• Has solid knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits

• Takes pride in menu knowledge and thoughtful, guest-focused upselling

• Works with urgency while remaining calm under pressure

• Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented

• Communicates professionally with both guests and teammates

• Is dependable, positive, coachable, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team

• Speaks fluent English

NYC restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

• Up to 4 shifts per week with scheduling flexibility
