A Server at Coco’s is an experienced and highly collaborative individual that supports the daily experience to guests within a refined private members club environment. This role requires an individual who leads with professionalism, consistency, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.

A Server works closely with Front of House Management to deliver an elevated dining experience that reflects the discretion, sophistication, and hospitality standards of the company. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced luxury environments, understands the importance of culture and accountability, and takes pride in being part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm, professional demeanor
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food, drink, and daily specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions
• Set up, maintain, and reset tables throughout each shift
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing
• Upsell menu items, specials, and promotions where appropriate
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
• Assist with opening/closing duties (stocking, cleaning, side work) as assigned
• Work collaboratively with other servers, hosts, sommelier and management to support a smooth service flow

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or private members club environments
• Proven ability to collaborate with teams while maintaining high performance standards
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of kitchen systems, staffing, and operational structure
• NYC DOH Food Protection Certificate preferred
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
