Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Server to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and delivers an exceptional dining experience to every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality and presentation
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, specials, and beverages
- Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout service
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of serving experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume setting
- Basic knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in upscale or high-volume restaurants
- Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Toast, Square)
- Food Handler’s Certification (if required by local regulations)
Compensation:
