We are seeking an experienced Omakase Server to join an intimate, Michelin-recognized Japanese restaurant. This is an opportunity to become part of a hospitality team that believes exceptional service is just as important as exceptional cuisine.

Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of fine dining experience
- Experience in omakase, tasting menu, Michelin-recognized, or luxury dining preferred
- Strong knowledge of wine, sake, and Japanese cuisine (or willingness to learn)
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Calm, organized, and detail-oriented
- Japanese language skills are a plus
- Deliver refined, attentive service throughout the omakase experience
- Guide guests through the menu and beverage selections
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized hospitality
- Coordinate closely with the chef and front-of-house team
- Maintain exceptional dining room standards and cleanliness
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily service preparation
- Build lasting relationships with returning guests and recognize guest preferences
