La Perla Nascosta is seeking an experienced, professional, and hospitality-driven Server to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences and has a strong understanding of food, wine, and cocktails.
Responsibilities- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service.
- Guide guests through the menu and make food and beverage recommendations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of our wine list, cocktails, and Italian cuisine.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality while maintaining attention to detail.
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine , including pasta, seafood, risotto, and brick-oven pizza.
- Basic understanding of Italian wines , wine pairings, and classic cocktails.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Weekend and evening availability required.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Knowledge of food allergies and dietary restrictions.
- Wine or hospitality certifications are a plus but not required.
