Cô Lạc is a new Vietnamese restaurant in the East Village rooted in family, memory, and Central Vietnamese tradition. Named after owner Helen Nguyen’s mother, the restaurant is a deeply personal expression of home - featuring dishes inspired by childhood, coastal flavors from Quy Nhơn, and recipes passed down through generations.
We’re currently looking for an experienced, passionate, and professional Server to join our front-of-house team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of NYC restaurant serving experience (fast-paced, full-service preferred)
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with Vietnamese cuisine is a plus—but not required
What You’ll Do:
- Provide knowledgeable and attentive service to every guest
- Guide guests through our menu with confidence and care
- Support your teammates during busy services (running food, resetting tables, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized section
- Work closely with management to uphold service standards
