Responsibilities:

•  Provide exceptional, personalized service to our esteemed guests, ensuring their dining experience is seamless, memorable, and exceeds their expectations.

•  Possess in-depth knowledge of our menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage pairings. Articulate this information to guests, making recommendations based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.

• Take precise and detailed orders, ensuring accuracy in every aspect. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to guarantee flawless execution and timely delivery of dishes.

• Demonstrate finesse and professionalism when presenting and serving dishes to guests. Engage in tableside preparation of certain items, showcasing your culinary expertise and enhancing the overall dining experience.

• Foster genuine connections with guests, anticipating their needs, and providing personalized attention. Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries, special requests, or concerns, ensuring utmost guest satisfaction.

• Collaborate seamlessly with fellow servers, sommeliers, and the entire restaurant team to ensure smooth service flow and maintain a harmonious work environment.

• Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities, promoting additional menu items, specialty dishes, and unique culinary experiences, thereby maximizing guest satisfaction and revenue generation.

Starting Salary - $15 per hour + gratuity
