Marlow East, a modern American restaurant on the Upper East Side, is seeking polished, experienced, and hospitality-driven Professional Servers to join our team.

Our concept focuses on seasonal, ingredient-driven modern American cuisine, thoughtful beverage service, and warm, attentive hospitality. We are looking for professionals who understand the standards and attention to detail required in a high-end dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, polished, and knowledgeable service throughout the guest experience.
• Take full ownership of an assigned station and remain present and attentive on the floor.
• Guide guests confidently through the menu, including food, wine, cocktails, and daily offerings.
• Control the pace and flow of service within your station while anticipating guest needs.
• Communicate effectively with captains, back servers, runners, bartenders, hosts, and management.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, wine, and beverage offerings.
• Lead by example and contribute to a professional, team-oriented service environment.
• Maintain Marlow East’s standards of presentation, cleanliness, organization, and hospitality.
• Treat every guest with genuine warmth and care, creating an experience that feels personal rather than transactional.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fine-dining or comparable high-end restaurant experience required.
• Strong food, wine, and spirits knowledge.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.
• Ability to confidently manage a busy station in a high-volume environment.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
