Casa Oaxaca is bringing the bold flavors, vibrant spirit, and rich traditions of Oaxaca, Mexico, to New York City — and we're looking for passionate, charismatic, and experienced Servers to join our team!

We're not looking for someone who simply takes orders. We're looking for hospitality professionals who know how to turn a great meal into an unforgettable experience.

If you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant, love connecting with guests, and believe exceptional hospitality is equal parts personality, knowledge, and attention to detail, we want to meet you!

• Deliver exceptional, engaging, and personalized guest experiences.

• Guide guests through our menu with confidence, enthusiasm, and genuine knowledge of Mexican cuisine.

• Make thoughtful recommendations to enhance the dining experience and drive sales.

• Maintain impeccable service standards, table presentation, and attention to detail.

• Work seamlessly with bartenders, runners, bussers, and management.

• Create an energetic, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a high-volume, upscale or full-service restaurant.

• Strong food, cocktail, wine, and spirits knowledge.

• Familiarity with authentic Mexican cuisine and mezcal is a major plus.

• A polished, professional appearance and a personality that shines.

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

• A team-first mentality with a genuine passion for hospitality.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• NYC Food Protection Certificate is a plus.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
