Marsanne NYC is hiring experienced, professional Servers to join our team.

We are looking for hospitality-driven individuals who are polished, reliable, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant

• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and general beverage service

• Excellent communication and guest-service skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to confidently describe menu items, ingredients, and specials

• Ability to take accurate orders and provide attentive, efficient service

• Comfortable handling multiple tables while maintaining high service standards

• Strong teamwork and communication with managers, kitchen, bar, and support staff

• Knowledge of proper steps of service and fine/upscale dining standards

• Ability to handle guest requests and concerns professionally

• Must be punctual, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays

• POS experience preferred

• NYC restaurant experience is a plus
