In this position, under the direction of the General Manager and the Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the managers and partners as a sort of representative or ambassador at each table.  You will adhere to the standard operating procedures for service and aid in keeping the restaurant running efficiently and cleanly.
