Bufón is an full service neighborhood restaurant located on the Lower East Side. We are seeking experienced front-of-house professionals to join our team. We’re looking for servers who take pride in providing attentive, engaged, and genuinely hospitable service.
Our restaurant showcases creative, European-inspired cuisine rooted in classic traditions but drawing broadly in ingredients and technique. This is complemented by a wine program focused on sustainable producers who embrace progressive practices while honoring tradition, alongside a highly curated selection of spirits and thoughtful, product-driven cocktails.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of service experience in an upscale or fine dining establishment
- Strong foundation of food and beverage knowledge, and an eagerness to learn
- Keen attention to detail
- Hospitable, professional, and guest-focused
- Familiarity with Toast POS
- Open & flexible availability
- Ability to walk and stand continuously and for extended periods as required to perform essential job functions, such as lifting and carrying.
