Server – Sho Pizza Bar

Sho Pizza Bar is hiring an experienced Server to join our front-of-house team. We're a fast-paced, high-volume pizza bar known for scratch-made dough, seasonal ingredients, and a lively guest experience. We're looking for someone personable, quick on their feet, and genuinely enthusiastic about food and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, including daily specials, seasonal pizzas, and wine/beer pairings
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system promptly
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, checking in on tables throughout the meal
• Handle guest questions, special requests, and dietary restrictions with confidence and care
• Process payments accurately and close out checks efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized section and side stations throughout the shift
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth ticket flow
• Assist with opening/closing side work as assigned
• Uphold Sho's standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and food safety

Requirements:

• 1+ years of serving experience, preferably in a busy restaurant or bar setting
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Basic knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food handler's and alcohol service certifications (or ability to obtain within (X) days of hire)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
