About the Role:
Servers at Genghis Cohen deliver more than just food and drinks—they deliver hospitality. We’re looking for individuals who can balance efficiency with personality, handle a fast-paced floor, and bring a sense of warmth to every table.

Requirements:

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant

• Strong knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and beer

• Ability to handle multiple tables while staying composed and attentive

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Must be punctual, reliable, and professional in demeanor

• Availability for nights and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, attentive, and efficient service to all guests

• Guide guests through the menu with confidence and knowledge

• Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them promptly

• Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service

• Maintain a clean and organized section throughout service

• Handle guest concerns or issues with professionalism and care

• Process payments accurately and efficiently
