ETTORE Vino e Cucina is looking for a polished, hospitality-driven Server to join our front-of-house team.

We are a wine-focused Italian restaurant in Los Angeles with our own certified organic wines from Mendocino. Our restaurant is built around thoughtful service, seasonal Italian food, and sharing the story behind what we pour and serve.

We’re looking for someone who is confident on the floor, comfortable with wine, and genuinely enjoys taking care of guests. The right person is professional, warm, detail-oriented, and able to move with urgency while keeping service calm and gracious.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service
• Guiding guests through the menu and wine list
• Sharing the ETTORE story with guests in a natural way
• Taking accurate orders and coursing meals properly
• Maintaining clean, polished tables and service areas
• Supporting teammates throughout service
• Following restaurant standards for hospitality, presentation, and cleanliness

Ideal candidates have:

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant
• Wine knowledge or a strong interest in learning
• Strong communication skills
• A polished, professional presence
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service
• A team-first attitude
• Weekend availability

Experience with Italian cuisine and wine service is a plus, but attitude, care, and willingness to learn matter just as much.

Compensation: Hourly + tips
Schedule: Part-time / Full-time availability considered
Location: Los Angeles, CA
