Position Overview
Server Lead – 100% Full‑time. Location: Kellogg Conference Hotel, 800 Florida Avenue, 3305 Gukcc, Washington, DC 20002. Applications accepted online only.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as point of communication for unit management regarding work‑related requests.
- Train and acclimate new associates to company culture, client culture, and operations.
- Demonstrate complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
- Promptly address and correct complaints or issues.
- Assist in selection, orientation, and training of staff in assigned areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous 3 years of banquet experience required.
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Compensation
Fixed Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour.
