Responsibilities:  

• Arrive to work at your scheduled time in a clean & complete uniform (company provided shirt, pants with belt, and complete uniform.  
• Greet customers at the front door with a "Welcome to All American Diner" and then seat each guest comfortably in a clean booth.
• Taking customers’ food and drink orders with our handheld POS devices.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and management staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders
• Memorizing the menu and recommend drinks, appetizers, meals, & deserts.
• Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
• Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant
• Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events
• Learn and comply with the All American Diner "10 Star Steps of Service" with each guest or potential customer.
• Perform all prepping and cleaning duties assigned by the management team so that the following shift is fully stocked for the start of their shift.

Qualifications:

• Friendly customer service skills
• Ability to positively interact and display teamwork with entire diner staff.
• Previous restaurant is not required, only a positive attitude and commitment to learning company policies. xzgxqkn
