Server

We are seeking an experienced, polished, and hospitality-driven Server to join our fine dining steakhouse team. Candidates must have a strong understanding of food, wine, and steak preparation, along with the ability to deliver elevated, attentive service in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in hospitality, guest experience, and detailed menu knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and professional service throughout the dining experience
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of food, menu ingredients, cocktails, wine, and daily specials
• Guide guests through menu selections and confidently answer questions
• Maintain strong communication with kitchen staff, food runners, and management
• Ensure accuracy in order entry, pacing, and guest satisfaction
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver a high level of hospitality at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations and dining areas

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of fine dining serving experience required
• Strong food knowledge is required and additional knowledge of steak is preferred
• Wine and cocktail knowledge
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team mentality
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
