Front of House Team Members - Ysabel Restaurant 

Pay: $20.25 per hour + generous tips

Ysabel is seeking experienced Front of House professionals to join our team in West Hollywood.

As part of a growing hospitality group, Ysabel is known for its elevated dining experience, lively atmosphere, and commitment to warm, attentive hospitality. We are looking for polished and passionate hospitality professionals who understand the importance of thoughtful service, attention to detail, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

We are currently hiring for the following Front of House positions:

• Server

• Bartender

• Host

Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

• Minimum of 3 years of upscale or fine dining experience required.

• Strong knowledge of elevated service standards and proper steps of service.

• Excellent communication and guest service skills with a warm, professional presence.

• Strong food, wine, spirits, and cocktail knowledge is highly valued.

• Ability to confidently describe menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods and respond appropriately to guest questions.

• Ability to anticipate guest needs while providing attentive service without being intrusive.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with fellow team members, management, culinary, and bar teams.

• Dependable, punctual, professional, and committed to maintaining Ysabel's service standards.
