Lucky's has been honoring the classic American steakhouse tradition since 2000. Founded in Montecito, California with a second location in Malibu, Lucky's opened it's East Hampton location in 2025. 
Lucky's East Hampton is looking for year-round servers! 
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provides positive and energetic service in fine dining establishment 
• Distributes menus and presents the daily specials
• Exhibits exemplary menu and food knowledge
• Answers questions and makes tailored recommendations for food and beverage
• Has detailed knowledge of cocktails and wines-by-the-glass. Collaborates with Sommelier and Bartender to provide exemplary beverage service
• Ensures that food is prepared correctly and to customers’ satisfaction; returns incorrect or improperly cooked orders to kitchen
• Prepares customers’ checks and collects payments
• Assists co-workers during service while successfully maintaining a section
• Assists with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning the dining area and preparing silverware and condiments
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Ability to lift 30 lbs 
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business
• Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously and for extended periods as required to perform essential job functions
• Arrives on time and “floor-ready” for all scheduled shifts. Arrives to work following dress code guidelines and standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
• Abide by all Lucky’s policies and guidelines

• 2 years experience as a server preferred
• Must successfully complete the restaurant's training course
