Server Responsibilities
Guide guests through their experience with warmth, knowledge, and professionalism.
Maintain strong knowledge of artisanal food, wine, cocktails, and service.
Manage the pace and flow of service while multitasking in a busy environment.
Ensure guests feel welcomed, heard, and cared for — many guests return asking for their favorite servers by name.
Ensure compliance with food safety (ServSafe) and alcohol service (BASSET/TIPS) standards.
Experience in high-volume or fast-paced service environments is a plus.
Bartending or cocktail experience is a bonus but not required.
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time availability preferred (including weekends and early mornings).
Compensation: hourly wage and participation in the tip pool.
