We are very excited to partner with Chef Bill Kim to bring his Urban Belly concept to a new home in Fulton Market. We have debuted full service dining for dinner alongside a full bar program with options for all! During our very busy patio season we need more experienced individuals to join our team!
Urban Belly Fulton Market is seeking an experienced part-time server to work 2-3 shifts a week. We are seeking 2 candidates that have a variety of lunch and dinner days and hours available to work. Only candidates with SUNDAY availability will be considered.
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Positive attitude
- Warm presence
- Punctuality
- Great customer care and keen restaurant instincts
- Willingness to adhere to all steps of service and guidelines set forth by the company
- Baseline knowledge of classic cocktail recipes and a willingness to learn about Greek food, wines, beer, and spirits
- Ability to manage multiple tables at once and multi-task in general
- Professional and polished presentation
Job Duties:
- Great customer care and keen restaurant instincts
- Working Knowledge of steps of service
- General Familiarity of proper place settings
- Ability to commit to Training
- Assist with running of the shifts as needed
General:
- Ability to lift ~30lbs
- Ability to use stairs in a proficient manner
Job Schedule:
Restaurant is open Wednesday - Sunday for lunch and dinner.
Shifts are one of the following:
10:30am-4:30pm
11:45pm-7:45pm
12pm-8pm
3pm-10:30pm
These depend on the day of the week and season based on business needs
