Lunch Servers

We are seeking lunch servers who are dedicated to working as Hospitality Professionals. People who care about creating a transporting experience for our guests. Role and Responsibilities:

·        Create a warm and hospitable environment for everyone in our restaurant

·        Provide a transporting and memorable guest experience

·        Communicate daily menu items and make thoughtful/informed recommendations to our guests

·        Accurately process payments

·        Serve alcohol by Illinois Law

·        Follow Health and Safety Standards when handling food and beverages

·        Maintain a high level of product and menu knowledge

·        Partake in regular testing to ensure product knowledge is to standard

·        Attend regularly scheduled training meetings to develop knowledge and skills

Reports to:

- General Manager

- Additional Restaurant Leadership

Skills / Experience:

·        2 years of Previous serving experience in a similar style of restaurant

·        Experience with SpotOn, Toast or similar POS

·        Excellent listener & communicator

·        Focused

·        Ability to multitask

·        Team player

·        Knowledge of wine and spirits

·        Positive Attitude

·        Illinois Food Handler Certificate

·        Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training (BASSET) Certificate
