Job Description
Eunoia Bakery is seeking an energetic Farmers Market Sales Server to grow with us!
You will work side-by-side with the owner at the Burley Farmers Markets and Occasional Pop-up events.
You will play a key role in setting up our beautiful display and sharing our artisan pastries with the community as we look to expand to new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborative Setup: Work directly alongside the owner to set up and tear down the market tent, tables, and product displays.
- Customer Service: Greet market visitors warmly and share the story behind our handcrafted treats.
- Sales Operations: Process customer transactions smoothly using our mobile point-of-sale system.
- Display Maintenance: Keep the pastry presentation looking full, fresh, and inviting throughout the morning.
- Expansion Support: Bring a positive attitude toward business growth as we expand our market footprint.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Available early on Thursdays/Saturdays during the market season.
- Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and assist with physical booth setup.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to work in a collaborative team environment.
