We were born from a background in fine dining and a particular love and appreciation for the culinary traditions and philosophy of French cooking, eating, and drinking. We serve great food and wine to our neighbors in a casual, focused setting. IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a fine dining or wine focused dining
- Commitment to service quality, excellence, and sincere hospitality
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to self-manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a timely manner
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, tackle flights of stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds
