We are hiring for our sister Restaurant, Lucky Parlor (opening soon) 
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced server who is passionate about food, customer service, and the culture of hospitality. As a server at Lucky Parlor, you will play a vital role in providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience, ensuring their satisfaction from start to finish. You will have the opportunity to showcase your knowledge of our diverse menu, while creating a warm and friendly environment for our guests. This is a full time role with swing as an expo, previous experience as an expo / food runner recommended but not required. We offer trainings and courses for sake and shochu knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present and explain the menu, including daily specials, beverages, and food pairings
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience, addressing any needs or concerns promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Handle cash and process payments
• Uphold our restaurant’s standards of cleanliness, food safety, and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a server in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
• Knowledge of Asian cuisine and drinks is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to work at least 4 shifts a week, and weekends
