Server Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Server Assistants who thrives in a high-level performance position. This role 

directly supports the Servers  assisting with marking silverware and glassware as well as clearing. We offer 

a supportive working and learning environment that fosters growth and promotes excellence.

Expectations:

• Provide refined, attentive, and professional service to guests, anticipating needs and creating memorable dining experiences.
• Support and guide servers and assistants, maintaining strong communication and teamwork throughout service.
• Coordinate with management, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure seamless execution of service.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items.
• Ensure table settings and dining room standards are upheld at all times.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues with grace, professionalism, and discretion.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of fine dining experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Professional appearance and confident presence on the floor.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Work ethic & high level of integrity.
