Pearl Box is a cocktail and food centric multi-level space looking for a Server Assistant who is able to execute the following with at least 2 years of experience in high-volume & fast paced NYC restaurant environment.
- Support servers with table setting, clearing, and resetting throughout service
- Run food and beverage from kitchen/bar to guests promptly and accurately
- Keep water glasses filled and bread/amenities stocked
- Bus and reset tables quickly between courses and between seatings or private events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, floors, and back-of-house pathways
- Assist with pre-shift setup (linens, place settings, glassware, furniture placement) and post-event breakdown
- Communicate clearly with servers, bar, and kitchen to keep service flowing
- Anticipate guest needs and flag anything that needs management's attention
- Uphold Pearl Box's standards of polish, discretion, and hospitality at all times
