You’re organized, proactive, and proud to support a great service team. You move quickly without cutting corners and enjoy mastering systems.
- 2+ year as SA/busser/runner experience. Fine dining experience preferred.
- Strong stamina; comfortable lifting trays, moving quickly, and staying focused
- Clear communicator; anticipates needs
- 3-shift minimum availability, including lunch & dinner
Responsibilities
- Reset and maintain tables, water service, bread service, and dining room readiness
- Support servers with running food, clearing/marking courses, and guest touchpoints
- Stock and maintain FOH stations (glassware, linens, silver, ice, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness standards and support opening/closing side work
- Communicate guest needs and timing issues to managers and servers
- Opening/Closing Sidework as assigned.
