Pay Rate:

$12.96 per hour plus great  TIPS!

What you'll do

• Maintain every table to a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring service flows without interruption
• Prepare and replenish service and non-alcoholic beverage stations to established PAR levels ahead of need
• Anticipate the needs of guests and servers alike, contributing to a smooth, well-paced dining experience
• Deliver food and beverage in accordance with our steps of service, observing proper seat positioning and handling standards
• Reset and detail tables with efficiency and precision, preserving a polished dining room throughout service
• Adhere strictly to sanitation and allergy protocols, treating guest safety as a non-negotiable standard
• Execute opening, mid-shift, and closing side work thoroughly, leaving each station properly prepared for the next
• Maintain proactive, professional communication with servers, managers, and support staff to uphold service standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

License/Certification:

• Food Handler Certification is preferred upon hire but not required. Employee must obtain this certification no later than 30 days after hired.
